All of our arrangements are made to order and we do everything to make sure you have the best orchid experience and happy with your purchase.
– If your arrangement arrives damaged or you received a wrong arrangement, we will replace it free of charge. Notify us right away within first 24 hours via email email@example.com and we will send a replacement asap.
-If your orchid dies within first 7 days, we will replace it free of charge.
-If your orchid dies after first 7 days but within the period of 14 days from orchid delivery date, we will replace it with 30% discount off original price + delivery fee + sales tax (if in New York).
We do not offer any replacement or replacement discounts after 14 days from orchid delivery date.
Order cancellation / Refund:
– If order is canceled 5 days before the delivery date full refund will be issued.
– If order is canceled 3 days before the delivery date, customer will get refund of 50% of the total amount.
– All other order cancelations are nonrefundable.
The credit card used at the time of purchase will be refunded and refund notification will be sent to you via email.
Orchid Diva is unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route or delivered. Next day orders are processed immediately, and usually, cannot be changed.
If you need to change an order that is not scheduled for next day delivery please email us changes together with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Rarely, substitutions of orchids or containers are necessary due to temporary weather and stock availability issues.
If this is the case with the arrangement you’ve selected, Orchid Diva will ensure that the style and color theme of chosen arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
